These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the vegaschristmasglowco.com website and the seasonal lighting and decor services provided by Vegas Christmas Glow Co. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We provide design, installation, maintenance, and seasonal takedown/storage of Christmas and Halloween lighting and decor for residential and commercial properties in Henderson and the greater Las Vegas Valley.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided by phone, email, or our website are estimates based on the information and photos you provide, and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment. Pricing is confirmed in writing before installation begins.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Installation dates are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking early is recommended, as seasonal demand and weather can affect availability. A scheduled date is not guaranteed until confirmed by us in writing.

4. Payment

A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due upon completion of installation unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or your installation date is confirmed close to the scheduled date. We'll always work with you to find a solution where we can.

6. Property Access

By booking our services, you grant us permission to access your property and attach lighting and decor to rooflines, trees, shrubs, and other landscaping as agreed. Please let us know in advance about any hazards, fragile surfaces, pets, or access restrictions we should be aware of.

7. Equipment & Materials

Unless you've purchased lights or decor outright, the materials we install remain the property of Vegas Christmas Glow Co. and are removed during our scheduled takedown service.

8. Workmanship

We stand behind our installation work for the season and offer complimentary repair visits for issues resulting from our installation. This does not cover damage caused by severe weather, wildlife, tampering, or third parties.

9. Liability

We carry general liability insurance and take care to protect your property during installation and takedown. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vegas Christmas Glow Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for pre-existing property conditions. Please notify us promptly of any concerns so we can address them.

10. Website & Intellectual Property

The content, photos, and design of this website belong to Vegas Christmas Glow Co. and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
